My Process for Greeting Cards
Every card starts with an original watercolor design inspired by nature. Painting these pieces takes time and I perfect every detail to be precise, yet soft and comforting.
Once the watercolor is done, I scan the image in 1200 dpi to get the clearest image possible, I edit the picture on photoshop, and then I print the cards in my home studio. I print the images on high quality textured paper that almost feels like real watercolor paper. I refuse to compromise on the quality of the paper and once you order your cards and see how good the painting looks, you will know why! People have told me they don't even want to send the cards, they just want to frame it and hang it on the wall.
Many people, including my family, think this whole process is too tedious, but I love it and am drawn to the idea of homemade goods that are built with care. My greeting cards aren't as cheap as mass produced cards, but they are so much more special and beautiful. And you can feel good knowing you are supporting a local business :)
I run my business with customer satisfaction at the forefront, so if you have a special request, please do not hesitate to ask and I will see what I can do! This business is run by me and only me, so please be patient if I am unable to return emails the same day.
